Blue Sky Program
Being a progressive law firm means finding new ways to enhance
our clients' success. Providing traditional legal services is one
thing but in a highly commercialised and competitive market that
has, by necessity, a strong global focus, our clients are entitled
to expect more from us.
Our Blue Sky Program is focused on meeting that expectation. It
is designed to achieve two principal goals:
- to assist Australian businesses with existing products and
services to enter into overseas markets, such as the United States
of America and the Middle East, and to work with clients interested
in accessing overseas capital markets to raise capital for their
businesses and other corporate activity
- to bring business from overseas for the benefit of businesses
operating in Australia.
The Blue Sky team is working with a varied group of clients with
businesses in such industries as food and drink, technology and
telecommunications, energy and resources and home and commercial
furnishings.
Our Blue Sky Program delivers many benefits to our clients,
including:
- access to our overseas contacts and experience
- introductions to our relationships and networks
- information about relevant current and emerging business
trends
- the development of new business opportunities inside and
outside Australia
- the documentation of transactions more effectively given our
'upfront' involvement in their formation.
The Blue Sky Program also benefits our

processes.
