Our Culture
Teamwork is important, as is creating a supportive culture. We
recognise diversity and individuality, and understand that people
have different needs and demands outside of work.
In today's society, creating flexibility and acknowledging the
need for work/life balance is critical. While other law firms may
say they actively support a work/life balance, we put our support
into practice. Many of our partners, lawyers and senior management
work flexible hours - even our Managing Partner works a flexible
working week. We believe this flexibility makes for content, well
balanced and committed team members. Our commitment to providing a
work/life balance is further demonstrated by the recognition of
'family' as one of our values.
For our people, our culture means that each member of staff
works within a unique environment based on real values, equality
and a genuine interest in personal and professional
development.
Our culture also helps to create well balanced and focused team
members, which in turn means our people are genuinely committed to
delivering high quality, consistent and client-focused service.
After all, the success of our firm relies on the success of our
clients, which in turn relies on the success of our
people.
