Experience

We have recently acted for:

• a self insurer in multi defendant actions in asbestos related claims
• insurers in complex multi defendant claims in personal injury actions
• a large corporation in the defence of a claim by the Victorian WorkCover Authority to recover compensation benefits paid to a psychologically injured worker
