Expertise
Clare provides advice, support and
assistance to a variety of clients, ranging from individuals to
small to medium sized enterprises and national companies.
She advises on various employment and
industrial relations issues, particularly regarding the terms and
conditions of employment (whether contained in standard employment
contracts, enterprise agreements or industrial awards) and how
these can be best managed. This has included undertaking detailed
compliance programs for large national companies and developing a
strategy for growth with the employer.
Clare regularly drafts contracts,
agreements and employment policies and procedures, as well as
providing general and bespoke training and update sessions for
clients. She also provides corporate support when clients wish to
buy or sell their businesses.
In addition, she handles employment
related litigation, including health and safety prosecutions,
dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract.

participation with the Free Representation Unit in London.

Qualifications
Clare graduated in History from the University of York, England,
before converting to Law and achieving a commendation in the Common
Professional Examination (conversion course) and distinction in the
Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York.
