Edmund has more than 28 years' experience and expertise in
mortgages, securities law and property law, including property
development and commercial leasing. He manages a significant direct
mortgage practice at the firm.
Edmund also acts for institutional and
private mortgage clients and for property owners in relation to the
acquisition, development and disposition of assets.
He is well known in the industry for
his expertise and is sought by clients for his honest approach and
his ability to deliver results in a wide range of lending
transactions.
In 2009 Edmund was named by Australian
Legal Business online as a 'leading lawyer' in his practice area,
and in particular his experience in mortgages, securities and
property financing.
