and her particular focus is commercial and specialist
financing.
Elpis' expertise covers all forms of
securities required to secure the interest of commercial financiers
(both direct loans and syndicated deals), including debenture
charges, mortgages of assets (including real property, shares,
leasehold interests, ships and licenses), tripartite deeds and
factoring agreements.

when assessing the best way to structure transactions from a
