Gordon has more than 30 years' experience and has practised
exclusively in property law, focusing on all aspects of leasing.
His clients value his direct approach, breadth of expertise and
ability to deliver commercial results.
Gordon has acted for a range of clients in the private and
public sectors and is well known for his leasing experience. His
areas of expertise include retail and commercial leasing, acting
for landlords and tenants relative to premises in strip shopping
centres, major shopping complexes and commercial and industrial
parks, as well as the acquisition and sale of residential and
commercial properties, residential and commercial property
development and the acquisition and sale of businesses.
Experience
Gordon's recent experience includes:
- acting for a national retailer in the acquisition of a
substantial retail complex
- preparing Agreements for Lease and Lease for the owner in
respect of retail shopping centres with national and specialty shop
tenants
- acting for private investors in the acquisition of multi level
commercial properties in the CBD
- advising and preparing Lease agreements for multi level
commercial buildings in the CBD and St Kilda Road
- acting for private investors in the acquisition of retail
shopping centres
- acting for government in the Lease of purpose built commercial
property, including advising on a development agreement and
Agreement for Lease.
