Expertise
Jennifer's areas of expertise include building and construction
disputes, particularly claims made under security of payment
legislation in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. She has
acted for clients in large scale litigation at all levels and has
experience with all stages of the litigation process.
Jennifer is also experienced in general commercial litigation,
defamation, copyright, administrative law, laws relating to health
and aged care, equal opportunity and discrimination.
She has trained as a mediator, enhancing her ability to resolve
disputes effectively and efficiently.
