- John is involved in the sale of a 500 lot residential
subdivision with a total value of $80 million.
- He is constantly involved with sales and purchases for older
clients, as well as third and fourth generation members of their
families.
- He has recently completed the administration of a $22 million
estate, much of which went to charities, involving difficult
capital gains tax issues.
- John is regularly involved in land tax matters, particularly
concessions and exemptions.
Pro bono and Community Work
John performs external trust work and is actively involved as
trustee of three private perpetual trusts, two of which involve the
funding of students of music.
