Expertise
Before practising as a lawyer, Justin was an accountant with a
high profile firm of turnaround and insolvency specialists. His
background gives him a broad and in depth knowledge of the legal
and commercial issues across his areas of expertise, providing
obvious benefits to his clients.
Justin advises clients on a range of commercial and insurance
matters, including directors' duties, contractual disputes,
insolvency, debt recovery and shareholder claims. His areas of
expertise include insolvent trading claims, retention of title,
preference actions, deeds of company arrangement and sale of
business transactions.
He is an active member of the Victorian Transport Authority FUEL
Network Committee and co-chairs our Young Business People
Committee.
