Justin McCleave
Senior Associate
“My underlying approach to dispute resolution is to quickly identify and understand the facts, then advise on strategies that maximise results for my clients – without rendering excessive legal bills.
Whenever possible, I avoid litigation and use other forms of dispute resolution. I’ve found that early intervention gives my clients the opportunity to reconcile relationships, as opposed to ending up in court.”
