Expertise
Leneen's areas of expertise include contract law, commercial
dispute resolution, defamation and media, and education law. Her
clients value her direct approach and her understanding of all
aspects of litigation.
As a commercial litigator, Leneen
specialises in corporate and commercial dispute resolution. Her
experience includes advising on contract law, trade practices
claims, property, intellectual property issues, equity matters and
defamation. She also advises on breach of privacy and
confidence, and suppression orders.
Leneen is the Chair of our Not for Profit team and has a
particular interest in the legal issues associated with educational
facilities from preschool to postgraduate institutions.
She has completed her Masters of Law,
majoring in environmental law. She has also qualified as a mediator
through Bond University, enhancing her abilities to reach timely
and commercial results for her clients.

Leneen is the Director of The Trading Circle, a fair trade
project focused on economic justice for women.
Having expertise in drafting and trusts, she is also a member of
the University of Melbourne's Legislation & Trust
Committee.

Victoria ExperienceBank course in leadership in the not for profit
sector.
