Michelle has the ability to genuinely understand others' choices - and their ultimate goals - which helps her to provide the best possible service for Cornwall Stodart's clients.

She is directly responsible for the strategic development of the firm, as well as for maintaining its high standards in people management, finance and governance.

As Managing Partner, Michelle reports to the Chairman of Partners and her primary objective is to ensure the firm realises its vision of enhancing success.

She is adept at solving problems and aims to understand exactly what clients want, enabling her to deliver value by meeting their expectations and helping them to realise their professional and personal goals.

Michelle is the former President of the Australian Legal Practice Management Association and holds several board positions. She is also the Chair of the Governance Committee for Overnewton Anglican College.

Pro bono and Community Work

Michelle has been involved in fundraising activities for a variety of charities. Substantial contributions from these activities have gone to:
