Neville's expertise covers a range of property transactions throughout Australia, including property acquisition, development and valuation, rental disputes and property feasibilities.

He has over 30 years' experience in property matters and a range of clients, including large national companies.

Neville is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, which assists him in providing sound and effective advice for his clients.

Experience

Neville's experience includes:

• negotiating on behalf of clients in all aspects of property acquisition, sale, leasing and project development
• selecting the teams required to complete substantial property developments
• advising the Building Control Commission on the East Timor Recovery, specifically on building standards
• acting for a large rail transport company in its establishment of centres in Alice Springs, Tennant Creek, Katherine and Darwin

• undertaking dispute resolution on behalf of clients relative to rental and land valuation, and land acquisition easements and covenants.

Qualifications

Neville has Degrees in Chemistry (Warrnambool Technical College), Chemical Engineering (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology) and Mathematics (specialising in Statistics) (the University of Melbourne).
