Stephen's expertise covers all aspects of mergers and
acquisitions, including schemes of arrangements, public company
listings, takeovers, capital raisings, corporate structuring (both
solvent and insolvent), restrictive trade practices, commercial
contracts, infrastructure and major projects, regulatory
enforcement and investigations, energy and resources and climate
change.
His practice has both a domestic and international focus.
Stephen's clients are increasingly involved in cross border and
overseas transactions, and operate across a range of industries.
His clients include publicly listed companies, private
corporations, business associations, not for profit organisations,
accountants and other professional advisers, insolvency
practitioners and private clients.
Stephen presents regularly at seminars and training sessions,
and contributes articles to various industry publications. He also
lectures on Shareholders' Rights and Remedies at the University of
Melbourne in the Law School's Graduate Program.
