Cornwalls' In-house Counsel Seminar Series: Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth)

This session, part of Cornwall Stodart's program of seminars for in-house counsel, will outline the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (PPSA), scheduled to commence in May 2011. The Act represents a ground breaking change to the laws dealing with the taking of security over personal property. The PPSA will replace all existing legislation that regulates the taking of securities over personal property, and has implications for all businesses in all industries.
