Last night we held our sixth Cornwall Stodart Annual Dinner. The night was a huge success, with 150 Cornwall Stodart staff and clients joining us for a three course meal and charity auction at the Port Melbourne Yacht Club.

Carnival Day

Our annual Carnival Day was held yesterday at Moonee Valley Racecourse. Once again, Cornwall Stodart staff, clients and their families celebrated another successful year and enjoyed a family picnic, including live music, wine-tastings and fun activities. Over 600 people attended, confirming the event gets bigger and better every year. -
Lunch with the Honourable Tim Pallas MP

Cornwall Stodart today hosted a lunch for the Minister for Roads and Ports, the Honourable Tim Pallas MP. Minister Pallas presented to our Transport & Logistics team, as well as a number of our clients in the industry. His central theme was the Government’s Victoria Transport Plan. -
Super and 'Ordinary Time Earnings'

In November 2008, the Australian Tax Office (ATO) issued a Draft Ruling that proposed to change the well-established and accepted definition of ‘ordinary time earnings’ (OTE) on which compulsory employer superannuation contributions must be paid to include any earnings paid for ‘regular, usual, customary or normal’ working hours. -

Cornwall Stodart Annual Dinner helps Bush Fire Appeal

Last night, more than 200 key clients and stakeholders joined Cornwall Stodart partners and staff for our Annual Dinner. The night was a great success. We raised more than $30,000 on behalf of Good Shepherd Youth and Family Services. Michael Yore of Good Shepherd, however, redirected the funds to The Red Cross for the Black Saturday Bushfire Appeal. -
