Cornwall Stodart Annual Dinner 2010

Last night we held our sixth Cornwall Stodart Annual Dinner.

The night was a huge success, with 150 Cornwall Stodart staff and clients joining us for a three course meal and charity auction at the Port Melbourne Yacht Club.

Ian Cover was the MC for the evening and the guest speaker was an ex undercover detective for the Victoria Police Drug Squad. His compelling and sometimes confronting words reached many attendees as he told stories of his often harrowing experiences as an undercover policeman.

Ten items were auctioned for charity, including a Mazda 2 Neo, a golf package and a flight simulator package. We raised approximately $15,000 for our chosen charity, Good Shepherd Youth & Family Services, and thank all our guests for their generosity.

Four lucky guests received door prizes, which included vouchers and AFL Grand Final tickets.

Thanks again to all those who attended and congratulations to the winners of our auction items. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we have received positive feedback from many attendees, thanking us for a wonderful night of food and entertainment.

Once again our Cornwall Stodart Annual Dinner was a memorable night and we look forward to seeing you all next year.
