Cornwall Stodart Official Legal Partner of MIFF
We are pleased to announce that Cornwall Stodart is sponsoring
the Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF)
for the second year running. The festival's operators have also
appointed us as their official legal partner.
MIFF is an iconic Melbourne event and hosts a spread of films
from over 50 countries, as well as a number of activities and
special functions. The festival is one of Australia's most
significant public events and celebrates its 60th
birthday this year, making it one of the oldest film festivals in
the world. Since its commencement in 1951, MIFF has developed into
Australia's largest film event and attracts artists and filmgoers
from all over the globe. MIFF also champions both emerging and
established local filmmaking talent, and contributes significantly
to the local economy.
As well as our sponsorship and status as official legal partner,
Cornwall Stodart is participating in a number of related events
including hosting members of the MIFF board and other festival
partners for a boardroom lunch, attending the celebrated opening
night of the festival and presenting a VIP group screening of
La Dolce Vita. We are also hosting some of our key clients
for an exclusive cocktail party at Gucci on Collins Street.
