This month Gideon Meltzer and David Moore joined our firm.
Gideon Meltzer
Gideon Meltzer has been appointed as a Partner in our Corporate
& Commercial team.
Gideon specialises in corporate and commercial law and taxation.
He has over 18 years' experience in a wide range of transactions
and disciplines, both in private practice and as an in-house
counsel and executive of ASX listed companies.
Among his achievements, Gideon has successfully engaged with
government, lobbyists, regulators and industry bodies to implement
structural and legislative changes at industry and corporate
levels.

David Moore
David has been appointed to the role of Special Counsel and
Head of our Intellectual Property team. He has been
engaged as an IP specialist and has broad IP experience
in Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Cornwall Stodart, David practised for five
years in Dubai, UAE, where he led the trade marks practice of his
firm and supervised a team of lawyers and paralegals. He has also
practised in both Australia and New Zealand, focusing on copyright
and trade mark law.
In 2008 David was ranked as a leading lawyer by Chambers Global
Directory.
