bankruptcy, liabilities, dispute resolution, negotiation, risk
assessment and contracts

We are seeking a fourth
year lawyer to join our busy and friendly Property, Banking and
Finance team. In this role you will work alongside other lawyers,

providing general and expert advice to businesses, individuals
and financiers on commercial and residential property transactions,
and across
areas including construction, environment,
property investment, planning and local government,
property structuring and financing

have experience in providing general
and expert legal advice on acquisitions
and disposals, property development and leasing
(retail leasing in particular)

Commercial Lawyer (IP)
We are seeking a second or
third year lawyer to join our busy and friendly Corporate &
Commercial team. In this role you will work alongside other
lawyers, law clerks and partners.
Ideally you will:

have an interest and demonstrated
experience in intellectual property matters including
trade marks, copyright and patents

have proven experience in
documentation of such matters and of maintaining databases for
clients

while having an interest in
and passion for IP, you will also be well versed and enjoy working
on general front-end commercial work including agreements,
contracts and negotiations
