Adrian has acted in a range of leasing matters for several telecommunications providers. His work has involved drafting, negotiating, and advising on leasing and tenure agreements in the telecommunications space. Adrian’s experience extends across jurisdictions, and is well-versed in national registration requirements.

Adrian’s recent experience includes:

• managing a large portfolio of telecommunications tenure arrangements for telecommunications companies;
• cross-jurisdictional knowledge of land registration requirements for each state and territory;
• involved in complex negotiations for telecommunications matters involving various stakeholders; and
• involved in negotiations of a number of telecommunications agreements with various public bodies including councils and indigenous communities.

Adrian was involved in the largely pro bono litigation for Kaplan v State of Victoria (No 8) [2023] FCA 1092, a large-scale public interest litigation regarding human rights and racial discrimination.
