- defamation law, advising clients on potential risks and defences, and handling high-profile defamation cases for the plaintiff;
- drafting term sheets, heads of agreement and MOUs; and
- drafting and negotiating settlement agreements.
Experience
Charlie’s recent experience includes:
- assisting in the prosecution of a high-profile defamation proceeding in the Federal Court;
- advising several entities in relation to their corporate reorganisation and structure;
- assisting with commercial and legal advice on numerous film, television and live event projects and ventures; and
- assisting major live events company in relation to a corporate restructure.
