- Reviewing perfection of securities on the PPSR for 30+ matters worth $15m+. Advising nation-wide suppliers on best business practices for securing their goods and perfecting their interests.
- Opposing winding-up and bankruptcy proceedings for clients worth $30m+.
- Defending a $14m+ claim against company liquidators brought by the ATO for purported NALI transactions.
- Executing and attending enforcement warrants to recover critical information for a liquidator’s investigations – negotiating and making applications to the Court for the successful retrieval of hidden documentation by the company’s former directors.
- Assisting liquidators with unfair preference recoveries of over $20m+. Settling the majority of unfair preference proceedings at mediation.
- Advising an international retail entity on the dismissal of employees and recoverability of misappropriated funds.
